i've got something better.
distractions+procrastination=pro-traction (the hyphen is very important).
i've been
consistently watching hong kong soap operas cos i found the storyline superbly exciting and it really keeps me in suspense. just received another 2 tapes from daddy. too bad the last episode is not here
yet. oh well. i have soooo much to do on my to-do list. it was scribbled on to the white board and was supposed to guide me through my holidays. the untidy
scrawl is, however, somehow INSCRIBED on to the white board now and i can't seem to erase it. therefore, it is lying there conspicuously, reminding me of the five nasty things i still have to do. :O
one, pack my luggage to cairns
two, prepare for my bsp interview held on next next monday (seems faraway but it's on the 26th, gosh)
three, go for my japanese language proficiency test [abbreviated JLPT] on 2nd dec and that includes
studying for it
four, review my year two subjects (something i have been keeping off)
lastly, prepare for my year three lessons.
oh well, many many things to do huh. sigh...

went to a prize-giving ceremony today. my sister's prize -giving ceremony though. first time i am sitting in the "spectators" area. (not trying to show off anything
ostentatious here). met my primary one and two form teacher, mdm zubaidah. and she still remembers me! in fact, she gave me a hug. :)and guess what? she said i grew taller! gosh! i did! yay! anyway, that's not the main point. the main point is to illustrate that... she gave me hug. sheryl, cas, suqin... u get what i mean don't you? :/ i kind of flinched. and i guess that was awkward. what will my she think? that i was trying to avoid some...passionate gathering? hmmm. sounds wrong but maybe true. so well, went in to the foyer and there was a booth with some flower brooches on the grandly decorated table. i told my mom to register there with the teachers on duty. oh gosh. lucky she was vigilant over the past six years when she attended events like that. the brooches was meant for parents who were in the PIE CLUB. neither blueberry nor mulberry pie. (partners-in-education support group it says). therefore, obviously she didnt embarrass herself by approaching to take the brooches. muahahhaa. went to the hall and saw many familiar faces. not a sea of them, perhaps just a boat of people i know. a sampan maybe. xD so the ceremony started with singing of the SCHOOL SONG. yes the school song. i opened my mouth to sing (i love singing! under the sea~~~~ under the sea~~~~~~ oops) but realized that the music wasnt the normal one i sang to over the past six years. they've changed the school song. well. speak of memories. (memories~~~ all alone in the moonlight~~~ i remember~~~ the old days when cas and i and our idmi group >> seana, alissa, amanda, weihua worked strenuously on the puppet show! sobs!) soon, actually not very soon, my sister stepped up the stage to receive the mph bookstore voucher for getting best in chinese in the level. my mom rushed forward to snap pictures with her handphone. she came back to our seat jubilantly. guess what? she didnt save the picture. mommy is just soooo cute! lol.
after the whole thing we went to eat. then, i showed my sister the blur pictures we took of her while she was performing in her choir group and found out that the photo of her receiving the prize was safely saved afterall! cool! hahahaha.

thing wasnt a very gala ceremony actually. last time, there was background music when the emcees were announcing the recipients' names. now there isnt. hmmm. maybe is
her style to change everything (the school motto, the school song, the school uniform, the...) 新官上任三把火. is it her way of showing everyone she's in reign? shan't remark more about this. but it robs ex-students of the already-little memories that we've. *sad music plays*.

*happy music booms suddenly* my sister playing a song. "haunted house" it's called. sounds cheerful and bouncy! come to think of it, it's been eons since i last bounced around in the corridor. muahaha. fusion of the past and present. wonderful! lol!
but... i am going to finish watching the soap first. don't be silly! i am not going to watch a lump of lipase-removing solid dance around the round sink. soap opera i meant! muahaha.
p.s. betty and veronica comics rock!! finished my sister's entire collection in abt 3 days. who'll collect comic books? hahaa. my sister does. :O going shopping tmr with mommy and winky after cairns briefing tmr. meeting iris the bean at aljunied! she better dun
oversleep again! hahaha.

I might like laughing but I am not always happy. I know happiness is not all around and that makes me sad. I dislike talking to people I don't like but talking to you doesn't mean I like you (:/) I am sorry I am getting increasingly sad by the day but I can't help it. I just want to get out of this mess quickly. Let me fly off and never return, please?
Hong Kong/Singapore
I have no cravings for now besides that. Until I get hold of it, I want nothing else. School's fine with certain friends around me, and I am thankful for that.(C:) Family's okay except that I won't talk much. I want to travel again to Japan because it can help revive my lost childhood. I love Sanrio because it helps calm me down most of the time. And in case you are wondering, Sanrio is not a tranquilizer. I want to be someone ordinary and I don't like to attract stares, esp. weird ones.
